How do I return an item?

Regrettably, honey and personal care items are not returnable at this time.

We have done our due diligence to represent in the pictures and descriptions the best information we can so that you will be satisfied with your purchase.

Should, however we happen to accept a return. Returns must be authorized by Gifford's Honey Farm first and are only allowed within 30 days of receipt of an order. All returns must be unused, in their original packaging and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
